We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager to join our Pediatric Skilled Home Care Nursing team in New Castle, DE . This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills who is ready to step into an RN leadership role while remaining clinically engaged.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an RN Manager , you will support both patients and nursing staff while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
Lead & SupportLeadership experience is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for a skilled RN, Registered Nurse ready to grow into management.
